Brief
CascadeHR needed a website that appealed to the modern market whilst providing key product information in a user-friendly manner. The existing website not only needed a brand refresh, but was also was content-heavy and clunky, with low engagement and high drop of rates.
Approach
Our strategy was informed through several client consultation sessions, including a detailed audience discovery session. We segmented the three primary audience groups, understanding user needs and intent. We combined this research with data analysis, which informed the user journeys and structure of the site.
The creative team introduced a more modern colour pallet, with the introduction of simple imagery and tailored iconography.
We also held user workshops to gain real user feedback and worked hard with the internal project team to incorporate Salesforce using Pardot Integration.
Delivery
The delivery consisted of a responsive website with a seamless user journey to allow customers to interact with Cascade HR really easily, either through tailored messaging and contact forms, through downloads and unique client centred material.
