Best You came to us focused primarily on personal coaching, but they knew their real opportunity was in corporate wellness services. The challenge was to reposition the brand to speak directly to business decision-makers, rather than individual clients.
We worked with them to develop a brand strategy that reframed wellness in business terms. The brand proposition moved away from typical wellness language and focused on what matters to people with budgets, like measurable ROI, practical implementation, and real business outcomes. We built out messaging that talks about productivity gains and absence reduction rather than just employee wellbeing.
For the visual identity, we deliberately moved away from the usual wellness aesthetic (no pinks or purples!). The new logo and colour palette needed to convey a professional and authoritative image while still being approachable.
The website puts corporate services front and centre, with a clear structure that walks business decision-makers through the different offerings. We kept a separate section for personal coaching so that side of the business can continue without muddying the corporate message.
Our tried and tested approach ensures that our clients connect with the right audience.
