Think EQ Changemakers
Our Environmental and Social Responsibility
At Think EQ, social value is super important to who we are!
We’re proudly female-led and all about embracing diversity in our hiring. We care about work-life balance, too, with flexible arrangements resources for everyone. Plus, we make sure everyone gets the Real Living Wage. Our commitment to social responsibility helps create a supportive community that lifts up both our team and our clients.
From an environmental perspective, we integrate ecological considerations throughout our operations and service delivery.
We achieve all this through three pillars:
Think people
Creating a safe, inclusive work environment is integral to us, and as a company.
ThinkEQ is committed to diversity and continuous improvement. We want every member of our team to feel as if they’re a part of something great and succeed.
In addition to flexible working arrangements, training, and celebrating our achievements, we want to make the workplace a happy and productive place.
Think planet
By taking responsibility for our actions, we aim to positively impact the planet.
For business meetings, we encourage our team members to use public transportation whenever possible.
To reduce our impact, we source materials and suppliers responsibly- using efficient coding practices, optimising images, and embracing minimalist design to ensure quicker loading times and reduced energy consumption.
Think community
In our experience, community is the key to our ability to do good.
We’re passionate about making a difference for charities and nonprofits, including providing pro bono work and volunteering.
We support youth by providing work experience and placement opportunities. Whenever possible, we source services locally, strengthening our ties and contributing to the community at the same time.
