The Role
As our new Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of brand-new websites and apps and the continued development of established products and websites. Additionally, you’ll work on strategic, branding, creative, marketing, and digital transformation projects with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to take ownership of projects
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the agency
- Manage project scope, set realistic goals, and plan timelines
- Allocate resources and monitor project spend
- Identify and manage project risks
- Manage scope and prevent scope creep
- Ensure work meets quality standards
- Motivate and coordinate team members
- Use project management tools to manage changes and keep projects on track
- Contribute to improving our tools, processes, and culture
Required Experience
- Digital/software background with experience in website design and build projects of varying sizes
- Experience working in an agency, with external agencies, or within an in-house creative or digital team
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in using Monday or similar task-based project management tools
- Preferred experience managing app design and web build projects
