While the original Nova Tissue website was sustainable, the business was ready to move to the next stage and wanted to create a streamlined customer journey through creativity and UX.

Our teams worked together to understand how to improve the journey to optimise the Basket and Checkout experience with an aim to improve conversion rates.

Also included in these designs was a brand refresh, a new colour palette for all digital channels, and an animated character called SuperNova to help bring the brand to life!
