Omni's original website had an outdated design that didn't convey its expertise and value proposition. The user experience wasn't great, and messaging about Omni's unique selling proposition wasn't clear. Technical issues affected site speed and security, as well as low SEO performance and lead generation.

The results of an in-depth stakeholder workshop and audience research revealed Omni's target audience resonates with its consultancy-first approach and differentiates them from the competition.

A clear information architecture and user-friendly content proved crucial for visitors to navigate complex service offerings.
With four key pillars in mind, ThinkEQ developed a comprehensive website redesign strategy.

The first step in branding and messaging was creating clear messaging that communicated Omni's expertise, flexibility, differentiation and evolved value proposition.
A second pillar focused on information architecture and navigation, simplifying and optimising the site structure based on user journeys and business goals and creating intuitive navigation

Our third pillar was performance and conversion optimisation, streamlining technical SEO, content layout, and site speed and security.

Working with Omni's marketing team, we ensured their content strategy could be brought to life - highlighting services and expertise, alongside a knowledge hub for lead generation.

The ThinkEQ tech team created a custom modular WordPress theme for content management ease, which integrates with Pipedrive CRM, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager for efficient lead management.

The new Omni website is primed to deliver faster page load times, improved experience, and a more robust technical foundation for future growth and optimisation.
