Pip English UK is a new brand that specialises in partnering with international businesses that want to strengthen their relationships with UK businesses. 

The company offers several training and support packages. These packages combine behavioural science with neuroscience to give professionals the skills they need to develop pitch and presentation techniques that will help them win over UK-based businesses. 

Our job was to help Pip English UK create an eye-catching brand, a flexible website that would grow with their evolving business strategy, and maximise brand reach in key European territories.

Visual identity

The brand wanted to create a strong visual identity that was representative of them as a professional, accessible and trustworthy UK-based business with global reach.

With communication and self-development at the heart of the brand’s core services, we wanted to create a visual identity that combined heritage with transformation.

Using the blue and red from the Union Jack, our creative concept focused on four abstract speech bubbles, with a negative space at the centre of the mark to create a butterfly effect to symbolise personal growth.

The founder and CEO, Dr Elayne Doherty, is a business strategist with experience in the private and public sectors. She specialises in communications, HR, operations, and senior leadership. She’s passionate about helping professionals strengthen business relationships and creating programmes that are based on the evolving needs of business markets.

With this in mind, we wanted to create a modular built website that would empower Elayne and the Pip brand to update, add and amend programmes as the business grew.

The brand wanted to offer web users the opportunity to book consultations, join course waitlists and gain exclusive access to content via memberships, so we included third-party integrations, including HubSpot and SimplyBook, to enable the company to manage onboarding and communications directly.

Like any brand new website, SEO takes time before you see benefits from organic ranking.

The brand has a unique proposition without common trending terms, as the service is designed to support business professionals, depending on specific circumstances that could be holding their business and professional relationships back.

The brand had a conservative budget to support the website launch, and they wanted to target potential audiences in key European territories, including Amsterdam, Berlin and Paris.

To help the brand maximise reach, impressions and clicks through to the website, we created a dynamic social media campaign on Meta that would enable us to reach their target market whilst keeping CPM and CPC as low as possible.

With activity focused on Amsterdam, Berlin and Paris over an eight-week campaign period, the campaign delivered strong results across all three territories, with more than 250K impressions and over 9K link clicks.

Three variations of the ad were published to measure the strength of messaging and to gain insights into content that best resonated with the core audience group.

CTA focused on encouraging engaged audiences to click through to a landing page that offered a free downloadable guide called 'The Common Pitfalls of Engagement with UK Businesses (and How to Avoid Them)’. The page also promoted services that web visitors could explore in more detail and even sign up to programmes they were interested in.

From the 118,311 people reached on social media, 9,812 clicked on the Pip English UK ad, and 5,584 visited the website.

This is a positive indication that the ad messaging resonated with their target audience and tapped into an important need state.
