Bolton Creative, the creative arm of Bolton Council, approached ThinkEQ to develop a new brand and website so that the commercial arm could help deliver results for smaller clients and organisations across the Bolton borough and serve as a central point for enquiries about the fast-growing reputation of Bolton as a filming location.

Bolton Creative wanted to convey a partnership message through an innovative, modern, impactful brand created using the Council’s guidelines and core brand colour palette. 

From an understanding of the different audience groups that Bolton Creative wanted to target, we developed a bespoke, user-focused website to help drive enquiries and engagement. It was also crucial for the brand to showcase the solutions and examples of services to enable enquiry generation and revenue growth.
