The mission was clear from the start

Inject flexibility and usability into Premierline's website - the collaboration between Premierline and ThinkEQ wasn't just about building a website. It was about setting the stage for digital growth, empowering Premierline to meet and exceed customer expectations in the fiercely competitive business insurance marketplace.

From workshop to website

The journey started with a discovery workshop that laid the groundwork. The workshop set ambitious yet achievable targets while aligning every stakeholder's vision under one unified banner.

We developed a website strategy that acted as the north star to deliver a powerful CMS, enhance user experience, improve SEO, and ensure the website's core functionalities were preserved and polished to shine brighter.

User experience overhaul

We created a style guide to bring the brand and UI together, a fresh website design, and modular components that came together to create a seamless and engaging user journey. This included transforming the Insight Hub, which is now an example of user-friendly design, offering intuitive categorisation and search capabilities that make content accessible and organised.

Transforming the website with CMS

We developed a custom WordPress theme, utilising modular functionality and allowing for a website that was as flexible as it could be. The integration of Premierline’s existing Business Insurance Finder tool and new form builder functionality, alongside speed-boosting technologies like caching solutions, image optimisation, and a CDN, ensured Premierline's website was fast too.

Lift, shift and enhance

Content migration and SEO were critical to the website's success. A bespoke tool was developed to ensure a seamless transition of blog posts, while manual efforts ensured the integrity of other content types. An SEO plugin was the cherry on top, enhancing visibility and structuring content to improve discoverability and bolster Premierline's digital authority.

The rollout was the culmination of meticulous planning and collaboration, and a hands-on training session ensured Premierline's marketing team was now equipped with the knowledge and tools to steer their content strategy with confidence.
